Pastor Ben Roohr

Youth Director

Pastor Ben was born in Voorhees, New Jersey in 1994 and was raised in a loving Christian home. At the age of 4 he accepted Christ as his Savior. As a child, he would walk into church with his Bible under his arm and knew God was calling him to be a pastor at a young age. In 2010, God moved his family to Michigan.
In 2012, Pastor Ben left home to go to Maranatha Baptist University. Pastor Ben served at a local church in Wisconsin until he moved back home where he continued serving as a youth leader at his home church of Calvary Baptist Church. Pastor Ben met his wife, Chelsea, in 2015 and they were married in 2016. Together they have three children, Wyatt, Emmaline, and Levi.
In September 2018 Pastor Ben accepted the invitation to candidate at Blissfield Baptist Church as the new youth director and accepted that position on October 1, 2018. He is thankful for the opportunity to serve the youth of Blissfield Baptist Church.
